1. Shipping Coverage
- Domestic Shipping: We deliver to all regions across Indonesia.
- International Shipping: We offer both air and sea freight to select countries worldwide.
2. Processing & Packing Time
All orders require 1-3 business days for processing and packing before shipment.
For international sea freight, additional packing preparation may take up to 3 business days to ensure safe transit.

4. Shipping Fees
Domestic Orders
FREE for orders above IDR 500,000.
Flat fee of IDR 25,000 for orders below the minimum.
International Orders
- Sea Freight: Calculated based on volume (CBM) or weight (kg) – ideal for bulk shipments.
- Air Freight: Calculated based on weight and destination.
Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
5. Order Tracking
Domestic orders: Track via [JNE/J&T/etc.].
International orders:
Sea Freight: Tracking provided once shipment departs (ETA updates available).
Air Freight: Courier tracking (DHL, FedEx, etc.).
6. Undelivered/Returned Packages
Domestic: Reshipping fees apply for incorrect addresses.
International: If a package is held/rejected by customs, refunds (excluding shipping fees) will be processed upon return.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
Report issues within 7 days of delivery (or estimated arrival for sea freight).
Claims are subject to the courier/shipping line’s policy.
